New Hope Borough has adopted the Pennsylvania Uniform
Commercial Code Act 45 of 1999 (The "Uniform Construction
Code") as of June 8th, 2004. The office of the Fire
Marshal is charged with administering and enforcing the fire
safety, inspections, permitting, and investigations mandated
by this code.
Our office strives to make the community a safer place
for our residents, business owners, guests, and
firefighters. With your cooperation we hope to achieve
our goal.
